We are a platform that provides technical-legal tools, but you are responsible for your website and your diligence and good practices.

Can I change the message and links in the cookie banner?

It is not possible to change the message and links in the cookie banner. Our banner text complies with the requirement of prior information and transparency, therefore, changing it may result in non-compliance with the law if the cookie banner does not provide the necessary prior information.

Does your database not contain the cookies we have inserted on our web pages?

You can incorporate and add the cookies that you use with the description you consider, categorization, duration, and link to the privacy policy.

We have incorporated Hebrew in the cookie banner. Currently, we offer it in 37 languages and aim to offer it in 70 languages in the near future. The legal texts are currently offered in 7 languages, and our goal is to offer them in 37 languages within a year.

In brief, the measures we have included for child protection are:

1) When a minor indicates that they are underage, the processing of their data is automatically blocked and suspended;

2) if a minor accesses services they are not authorized for by declaring an age older than they actually are, we cannot prevent access but we do note and keep a traceable record of the false declaration, which can help exclude the website owner’s liability;

3) pages for adults include a protective layer for the content, similar to how video games warn against accessing the content;

4) age limits are dynamic and vary depending on each country’s regulations.

Can I use the same product on two websites under my ownership?

No, each license is assigned to a website (referer). This allows us to ensure traceability and proof of consent.

Is there a way to purchase your product without any commitment or annual subscription?

I want to correct an invoice. Is it possible to do so?

Please contact our technical service. In the technical support center, you can change or claim incorrect invoice issuances. For security and compliance with tax regulations, invoices are numbered sequentially and cannot be modified. Instead, a credit note and a new invoice with the correct information incorporated would be issued.
